The Dogtooth Tuna is the most feared reef predator in the Red Sea. Unlike other tuna it lives on deep reefs and drop-offs rather than open water. It attacks jigs with explosive speed and immediately dives for the reef. Landing one requires heavy gear and nerves of steel.
