Red Snapper and related snapper species are reef staples of the Red Sea. They are found around coral structure and rocky bottom, often in small groups. Excellent eating and reliable to catch. Several species inhabit the Red Sea — Crimson Snapper, Lutjanus bohar (Two-spot Red Snapper), and others.
