Sailfish are the aristocrats of the Red Sea — tall dorsal fin raised like a sail when excited, acrobatic fighters that will leap repeatedly when hooked. They are most common in the southern Red Sea (Djibouti corridor) but migrate north. Highly prized as a catch-and-release trophy.
